At Just-Get-Me-In, I have done my best to create a web site that anticipates and satisfies my customer’s needs. With that goal in mind, I have compiled a list of frequently asked questions. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Q. Will you cause any damage to my property?
A. I practice non-destructive methods where possible to gain entry to your property however slight damage may be unavoidable but I will do my utmost to avoid this.

Q. That man on “Watchdog” just drilled the locks and bashed the door open, is that how it is done?
A. The gentleman seen on the “BBC’s Watchdog” program, Mark Makowski, just used to rip people off. He did not use any locksmithing techniques to gain entry, anyone can drill and smash their way into a house. I do not do this style of locksmithing, mine may take a bit longer but there will be less damage!!

SALES
Q. What is the quality of your products like?
A. I do not fit cheap locks, all my products are of the highest quality and all mortice locks conform to BS 3621:2007.

Q. I can’t afford expensive locks, can you fit me cheaper ones?
A. Yes, I can fit locks of a lesser quality but they will not conform to BS 3621:2007, most of the major insurance companies insist on a lock that meets this standard is to be fitted to all entry / exit doors, if you want to go ahead with this you may be invalidating your contents insurance. Is it worth the risk! (at the time of installation you will be required to sign that you understand the risks).

Q. How can I pay?
A. You can pay by cash or bank transfer (while I am on site), unsupported cheques will no longer be accepted. Debit or credit card payments are not currently accepted.
